Schedule Release
How far ahead each group sees My Schedule. A day past its date shows “This week’s schedule isn’t out yet.” The week in progress always shows in full, so a date only holds back later weeks. You always see everything.

Your requests
Attendance
Totals and follow-ups are the owner's view. Requests and decisions are yours from the buttons above.
Needs follow‑up
No scan and nobody marked them, on a day the system was recording. These count toward no total until somebody asks the dancer and records what happened.
Arrived late
Measured against each dancer’s own first block that day, from the end of a check-in window. Nothing here counts against an allowance.
